Project X = unleash your inner creativity!
Project X is an experiment created for individuals to release their inner creativity and imagination. Themes listed below are general guidelines and individuals are encouraged to submit rough ideas based on their own interpretation. Creative individuals with a passion for art, design, and fashion are encouraged to participate.
Themes:
[ Super Hero ] - a fictional hero having extraordinary or superhuman powers.
[ Go Green ] – caring for earth, environmental awareness/environmentalism, and sustainable living.
[ Nostalgia (what’s old is new again)] - a bittersweet longing for things, persons, or situations of the past.
[ Fashion Rocks ] - style meets music.
[ Sugah ] - sweet treats (ice cream, cakes, lollipops, cupcakes, candies, chocolates, doughnuts, etc..) meets style.
[ Fantasyland ] - magic, supernatural, and science fiction (fairies, heroes, etc...).
[ Idioms ] - playful word jargons/expressions.
[ Culture Class ] - east meets west.
We’re open to original, creative designs that are suitable for kids (between the ages of 2 to 8) and possibly adults. There are no set release dates for any new designs based on these themes, but if a design stands out it could be released sooner rather than later.

General Legal Notice, Conditions and Agreement:
Submitted design must be original and has not been previously published. Design must not contain any words, phrase, or saying. In addition, no trademarks, logos, copyrighted works or intellectual property of any third parties. co + lab (squared) apparel is not liable for any claims, cost, and expenses incurred, including attorney’s fee, if a third party demands compensation for an infringement of rights or the case proceeds to court, arising from the use of designs for licensed product(s). Designer(s) of submitted design will be responsible for all cost in such a case.
Designer(s) will retain ownership of submitted design, unless agreed in writing between co + lab (squared) apparel and designer(s). No compensation will be awarded for submitted designs unless chosen for final production. Designer(s) of selected design will be contacted within 4 to 8 weeks and required to sign an official project agreement and license merchandise agreement (if necessary). Please do not email to inquire about the status of your design.
By submitting designs to co +lab (squared) apparel, you have agreed to the terms & conditions. You also warrant that your design are your own original designs and does not infringe any existing copyright and further warrants that you have not used and/or published the designs elsewhere.
