How do I pay for online purchases?
All major credit card payments are securely accepted via PayPal. All credit card and customer information are handled by PayPal.
You don’t need a PayPal account to pay, opening an account is entirely optional.
Do you accept money order?
Yes, but we do not ship item(s) until the money order has been received.
How do I cancel an order or make changes to an order?

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship all over the world. All items are shipped via Canada Post. Mailing alternatives are available upon request.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping rates are based per item:
Within North America (air): $4.95 CDN/USD
International (air): $8.95 CDN/USD
** Free shipping within North America on every 3rd item. **
Note: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping related charges such as customs, duties, and local taxes.
When are orders processed?
Orders are printed on every 15th and 30th of each month, then shipped within 5 to 7 days. Items in-stock will be shipped within 2 days and shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 days.
Purchasing gifts: If you provide us with a mailing address of the recipient, we’ll take care of the rest. Be sure to provide ample time for delivery and possible delays in order for the gift to arrive on time.

What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, we do accept exchanges only, within 14 days of purchase. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. If a particular design is no longer available, we will replace it with a design of your choice. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
All exchanges must be returned (unwashed/unworn) in its original condition with tags in place.
Please e-mail info@colabsquared.com to receive a “return authorization number” before returning item(s). Exchanges without an authorization number will not be accepted

Collaborative Purchasing Program = purchasing power and one flat shipping rate.
Purchasing 6 or more items gives you access to items at a specially marked price and rewards everyone in your group with savings! To take advantage of the Collaborative Purchasing Program, feel free to combine your order with your friends, co-workers, neighbours, and family members and all items will be shipped to one convenient address.
Shipping rates:
North America: $15 CDN/USD
International: $30 CDN/USD
Note: The cost of shipping is divided between the first 6 items. Any items after the 6th item, shipping cost will not be calculated. Customers are also responsible for any additional shipping related charges such as customs, duties, and local taxes.

Colors:
co + lab (squared) apparel has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Washing tips:
Machine wash in cold water, wash inside out.
Wash dark colors separately.
Hang to dry
Tumble in low heat, if necessary.
Do not iron design/decoration.
Do not bleach.
Why kid sizes only?
Designs are designed for kids in mind but keep checking back often because we may occasionally release adult sizes.
Why are designs printed in limited quantities?
Producing limited pieces allows the product to remain special and unique, even a collectible. This also allows us to introduce new designs and offer new colors schemes for current designs more frequently rather than restocking old designs. In addition, everyone likes what no one else has.
Each design does have a print limit. When the design reaches the maximium number of prints, it will be "retired". If there’s a demand for a “retired” design, we may reintroduce the design refreshed for a limited time without notice, so keep coming back for updates.
What's behind the price?
We have priced our t-shirts as low as possible. The reason some companies can price their shirts low is because of mass production. Since all of our t-shirts are produced in limited quantities, not mass produced; the cost per t-shirt is higher. All t-shirts are imported from the USA and screen printed in Canada. We also demonstrate detailed care and attention throughout our entire creation process to produce something truly unique and wearable.
Do you do custom prints?
Yes, we do custom prints. Order minimum is 12 t-shirts of the same color and size. Please contact us for design specifications.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom prints – final sale.
